Hi,

As i have said so often we need to recruit more :-)

To make it worthwhile to recruit i will pay 1K for each new guildee ( no matter how long they stay)

500G goes straight to the officer and another 500 gold goes into the guild. I keep my monk char to put guild money on. When i have enough money i buy another NPC for the GH.

So officers.....start recruiting, start making money :-)

and don't forget to have fun ...

Hey guys,

Just started my dervish, and I'm loving it! I've got an excellent Melandru build ready to go, and I managed to buy/unlock all the skills I need either in PVE or PVP. So I thought I'd capture the Avatar of Melandru elite with my ranger, by making dervish his secondary, and capped it easy. But although my level 4 dervishes hero Koss can use it, my dervish cant! Will I need to get an elite tome? If my dervish goes to unlock elites himself with faction points will they be usable?

My main is a druid/monk, and i really wish we could get haircuts in game. another GvG treat here

We want to start with GvG again, wich means we need to learn alot (me as a noob still has to learn alot)

That is why i think it is good to put tips, advise etc here.

What do we want to do?

We want to get players from the guild to do GvG. So we need to support them in it. We can't be a good GvG guild at ones.. We need to learn alot. There are many things how we can do it.

I am thinking of doing many things with guildees. Not just GvG, but more then ...

for obvious reasons, guildwiki is in there, but many people say use GW guru, i only ever use this for price check, everything else; auctions, guides, skills, builds, skill/elite locations, help/advice, and basically anything guild wars!

so if you want my advice then use AMP, but if you want, try guru and amp for 1 week and then use this ...

anyone got one? Perhaps you have more than one.

Personaly I am quite fond of the highly damageing lightning orb[i][u]

I see my opponents health shoot down with a satisfying ZAP, priceless.

my other favorite is really just for fun, serpant's defence, you get hit a POOF your gone, where will you go? Nobody knows! It can get disorientateing sometimes though.

In fact, I like all shadow step skills.

How about you? I ask once more what is your favorite skill or combonation?

hi guys,

im having one of those moments where i think i might do the same thing as tyrok and leave to start my own guild...

this is because we have a total of 32 members, 6 of which are officers and olorin, so thats 26. my point? 10 of these 26 havnt been on in over 3 weeks, this means there is 16.

also, some of those 16 are also on the way to the 3 week marker.

cutting to the chase, this guild is failing, and it seems more so every week, even when we add new members they seem to ...

I had my first venture into pvp this weekend .

i have tried a few of my buillds as a ranger and have had to develop a special one for pvp

i fould quite a bit of sucess with :-

poison arrow ( E)

troll ungent

savage shot

needling shot

throw dirt

conjure lightning

ignite arrows

rez signet.

if other rangers are around someone normally brings fave winds for even more damage.

with this build we won 9 in a row ( 7 flawless)

2 mesmers 1 ranger 1 dervish. ( and ...

well i guess its about time i did this. my name is philip im 16, 17 in mid may, from northern ireland. i have quite a few chars now but all with my name on them , im furthest with my dervish and ranger ranger in south shiverpeaks and derv at bone palace. recently promoted to officer (thanks guys) usual game buddys would be grim or urizen as from my school. Just found out i am one of the members that " forgot" to introduce itself

I live in the Netherlands and play GW for over a year now. Joined guild in summer 2006 and it still feels good.

I try to be online as often as possible, but miss the sleep sometimes.

I am more a PvE player, but if we go for GvG again, i will join :-) I will be the noob then haha

Hey there guys!!!

As some of you know, we are starting to get back into the whole GvG/AB/PvP idea.

But to do this sucessfully, we need to sort out team builds.

So, here is my idea...

What we are going to do is post our favourite TEAM builds, possibly something which is a pure build (all one profession) but maybe 1 or 2 skills from ur secondary.

By doing this, what i hope we can achieve is to find the perfect team build.

hi guys

i was just having a nosy at the member list (as i often do), and i came across this...

the thing i am pointing out is my number of posts per day, and percentage of total posts.

if you look you will see that i have 18% of total posts, thats 1 post for every 5, but also my no. of posts per day is 0.26, so i am only posting once every 4 days.

if i am posting this many, nearly 20% or 1/5 of all posts, why cant others make the effort?

If anyone needs any help in missions then just ask guys.

I see some of the members are still in the non talking stage but if anyone needs help then just ask rather than trying for ages to get a team of players together.

if you just ask in guild chat then there is a serious chance of help or at least advice.

and one more thing guys if you do ask for help then listen to advice it is very hard to keep you alive when you all rush off 1 in random directions. or 2way ahead of the healers ...
