At the moment i am tending to farm the whitmans folly- as i am in desperate need of money to keep up my quest to get all the ranger and elementallist skills opened up.

also giving me the oportunity of still earning xp at the moment getting 64 per creature if i dont use skills but keep them attacking for a while i have got 250 xp but that is only when i get to the bosses and all minions are dead.

My ranger is a beast master with savage shot as an interupt when needed. Not a warrior monk built for farming

Where would anyone recommend ?

I also take a healer out with me so farming is not solo either

If you have/get nightfall, you can have a hero with you instead of a hench.
Once you get the Tyrian hero (Necromancer) at Lions Arch, you can turn him into a N/Mo that acts as a Minion master & Healer at the same time. With that, you can farm almost anywhere (considering you have all the relevant N/Mo skills to equip him with).
